Return & Refund Policy

Return / Refund policy template
This return and refund policy indicate the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

If you have any question that is not covered by this policy, you may contact our customer service and support team directly through live chat or email.

Pre-orders and Reservations
All pre-orders and reservations for future delivery of a ROKiT Life product are fully refundable as long as the amount paid as a pre-order or reservation has not been applied towards a purchase of a ROKiT Life product.

To request a refund, you can contact us at rokitsupport@aarcbrand.com.

Friendly Note: Please be sure to read the attached user manual and follow the instructions to use this product. Please send us a photo of the defective part(s) of the product you received.

Merchandise Return
We support a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days for no reason to return or exchange.

Beyond 30 days, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rokitsupport@aarcbrand.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at rokitsupport@aarcbrand.com.

If for personal subjective reasons, such as not wanting it, placing the wrong order, etc., the return shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.

Any change to this policy will be updated on this page directly.
